It has been brought to the HOA’s attention recently that children varying between the ages of 3 years to 18 years have been seen on the pond ice in the subdivision. One reported incident involved fairly small children on the ice, trying to break it open. This is very concerning to the Board and so they felt it prudent to remind everyone that the ponds are not for recreational use. Residents should not come into contact with the ponds for their safety and protection, especially when there is an ice layer in place. We urge everyone to talk with their children regarding how dangerous these types of activities may be. If anyone notices trespassing on/within the ponds, please contact non-emergency police dispatch at (208)377-6790. Thank you for your assistance in keeping Rockbridge safe!

Rockbridge Irrigation Repair
Yesterday, the mow crew saw water coming out of the valve boxes that are on the NW corner of Seneca Springs and Vega Dr. and one of our sprinkler techs shut off the tie in. Some repairs are necessary.
Rockbridge Irrigation Water
Irrigation water should be available around April 12, barring any problems with the system or water release. It is recommended that homeowners allow the irrigation lines to clear after initial startup before starting individual systems to reduce debris accumulation in your filters.
